Our own factory and carpentry workshop, producing furniture to measure
We produce furniture and bespoke fixtures in our own factory of about 3,500 m2. From cutting to lacquering and installation, we control the whole process ourselves.
Production
From drawing to finished furniture under one roof
At casa linea, production is the core. We work in solid wood, veneered wood and lacquered surfaces and build furniture that fits the exact dimensions and drawings of the project.
Our in house architects can draw for you, take measurements and gather the details, so the idea, the drawing and the finished product fit together. That means fewer links in the chain, faster clarification and a supplier that stands behind the result.

The process
How a piece of furniture is made
Cutting
Boards are cut to size on a CNC panel saw, so every part matches the drawing.
Edge banding
Edges are bonded precisely on an edge banding machine, giving fronts and sides a clean and durable finish.
Wood assembly
Solid wood is assembled by hand, for example oak with dovetail joints in drawers and frames.
Surface finishing
Surfaces are sanded and lacquered in our own spray room, so colour and gloss suit the project.

Where does casa linea produce its furniture?
In our own factory and joinery workshop of about 3,500 m2 in Kayseri, Turkey. The furniture is designed by our architects in Copenhagen and built in our own production, so we control quality, price and time.
Which materials do you work with?
We build furniture in solid wood, veneer, lacquered surfaces and upholstery. The same veneer can be used for furniture, doors and wall cladding, so everything gets one expression.
What should I send to get a quote?
Send drawings, dimensions or pictures and we will come back with a proposal and a quote. We are also happy to visit the project and measure up.
Who uses casa linea as a supplier?
Architects, engineers, contractors and building owners who need bespoke furniture, doors, wall cladding or acoustics for offices, schools, hotels and institutions.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom, but we come to you. You can see examples of earlier projects under references.
